Dự án được thiết kế ở phân khúc trung tiệm cận cao, với yêu cầu điển hình hóa mặt bằng căn hộ và cung cấp tiện ích khu dân cư đầy đủ áp ứng quy chuẩn. Mẫu căn hộ của dự án là tiêu biểu, tiết kiệm, hiệu quả nhưng đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn về ánh sáng và thông gió tự nhiên, kích thước phòng ở thuận tiện thoải mái đồng thời có hiệu suất sàn tầng cao. Dự án được đón nhận tốt từ thị trường tuy hiện tạm dừng do các vấn đề không thuộc phạm vi trách nhiệm của nhà thiết kế.

Located in a prime location of the city, Golden Land high-rise housing area owns a large amount of landscaped garden land compared to the size of the land (land area of 1.12 hectares). The project is designed in the mid-to-high segment, with the requirement to typicalize apartment layouts and provide full residential amenities that meet standards. The project’s apartment model is typical, economical, and efficient but meets the standards of natural light and ventilation, has convenient and comfortable room sizes, and has high floor efficiency. The project was well received by the market but is currently paused due to issues that are not within the scope of the designer’s responsibility.
