Selashine được đặt hàng thiết kế là nơi thể hiện hết sức hấp dẫn của tuyến phố du lịch-mua sắm-ẩm thực-giải trí ngày và đêm trong cụm du lịch Selavia 300ha.
Lấy cảm hứng từ truyền thuyết về một bến cảng đã mang lại may mắn cho một triểu đại lớn, thiết kế là sự hòa trộn bởi các yếu tố: phong cách thiết kế hiện đại tự do mang âm hưởng biển, sự quan tâm về phong thủy trên bối cảnh văn hóa truyền thống và sự hân hoan rộn rã của cảnh quan phố du lịch giải trí hấp dẫn độc đáo.
Không chỉ thiết kế một khu phố du lịch – giải trí ẩm thực đậm màu sắc lễ hội mà trong đó mỗi khu vực mỗi góc nhìn đều đặc sắc mới lạ trên nền tổng thể có cùng nhịp điệu, thiết kế đã sáng tạo nhiều tác phẩm kiến trúc trình diễn độc đáo, đậm chất trải nghiệm của kỹ thuật cơ khí, điều khiển tự động lẫn nghệ thuật:
- Sân khấu có mái hình vỏ sò có thể đóng mở
- Ngã tư đường phố, nơi có các nhạc công biểu diễn tự do hay tổ chức, có cấu trúc sân khấu nhảy theo nhạc,
- Tháp countdown có thang máy và tầm nhìn toàn cảnh
- Quảng trường chính có quả cầu Cửu Long đường kính 6 mét với hình chạm rỗng 9 con rồng bay lượn, có thể hoàn toàn trống rỗng và tự quay quanh chính nó mà không có bất cứ kết cấu chống đỡ nào bên trong nó.
Thiết kế đã biến 1 tuyến phố shop house trở thành một điểm nhấn hấp dẫn, ngoạn mục, độc đáo, đáp ứng cao cho dòng sản phẩm du lịch trải nghiệm trên mỗi bước chân.
Mỗi ngôi nhà trên tuyến phố đều có bản sắc riêng, không lẫn vào bất cứ căn nhà nào khác, giúp tạo nên tính cá nhân trong tổng phổ đô thị.

Inspired by the legend of a harbor that brought good luck to a great dynasty, the design is a blend of elements: a free modern design style with a maritime influence, a concern for style. against the backdrop of traditional culture and the bustling joy of a uniquely attractive entertainment tourist street landscape.
Not only designing a colorful and festive tourist-entertainment and culinary neighborhood, but in which each area and each perspective is unique and new on the overall background with the same rhythm, the designer has created many works. Unique performance architecture, rich in experience of mechanical engineering, automatic control and art:
- The stage has a clamshell-shaped roof that can be opened and closed
- A street intersection, where musicians perform freely or in an organized manner, with a stage structure that dances to music,
- Countdown tower has elevator and panoramic views
- The main square has a 6 meter diameter Kowloon sphere with hollow carvings of 9 flying dragons, which can be completely empty and rotate around itself without any supporting structure inside it.
The design has turned a shop house street into an attractive, spectacular, unique highlight, highly responsive to the tourism product line experienced at every step.
Each house on the street has its own identity, not mixed with any other house, helping to create individuality in the urban spectrum
