Dự án điều chỉnh mở rộng và bổ sung chức năng thương mại dịch vụ, với hiện trạng hạ tầng được xây dựng theo tiêu chuẩn – quy chuẩn thiết kế cũ, không còn phù hợp hiện nay. Dự án nhằm đón đầu tiềm năng phát triển giai đoạn kế tiếp của Thành phố mới Bình Dương giai đoạn từ nay đến 2030, trong bối cảnh kết nối đô thị liên vùng mạnh mẽ. Đồ án đòi hỏi người thiết kế phải nắm vững các quy chuẩn – tiêu chuẩn thiết kế mới và đưa các mục tiêu thiết kế mới đạt được trên nền hạ tầng đã xây dựng theo quy chuẩn – tiêu chuẩn cũ. Về thủ pháp thiết kế phải khéo léo vượt qua được sự gò bó về hình khối cấu trúc đã bị áp đặt từ đồ án trước đó để tiếp tục mang đến sự hấp dẫn đáng kỳ vọng.

The project adjusts, expands and adds commercial and service functions, with the current infrastructure being built according to old design standards and regulations, which are no longer suitable today.
